Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Chardonnay, a classic wine grape variety, grown in best locations of Fanagoria vineyards located in the Taman peninsula, with a controlled yield of no more than 6 tons per hectare. The grapevines were cultivated with the use of most state-of-the-art viticultural technologies, and harvested manually as soon as they reached optimum level of ripeness. The winemaking technique included delicate fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, barrel maturation for at least 12 months in French oak barriques, and subsequent bottle seasoning for at least 6 months.
