Manufacturing peculiarity. Chacha is crafted from Chardonnay with addition of Aligoté and Bianca grapes grown in the historical winemaking region of Phanagoria, Taman peninsula. It has a complex wine flavour with notes of flowering grapevine and freshly picked grapes, and a specific lightness on the palate, which is a rare thing for hard spirits.
Sensory peculiarities. Chacha has a soft and harmonious taste with a long grapey finish. Does not have to be chilled before serving. A good match to Russian and Caucasus cuisines.
Serving advice: a tulip-shaped glass.
