Muscat Ottonel White Brut

This young sparkling wine is crafted from Muscat Ottonel grapes, grown in the Taman peninsula, using the single tank fermentation technique.

Colour – from light-straw to straw. The wine is distinguished by a vivid muscat aroma with citric shades and notes of lilac and rye bread. Taste – fresh and well-balanced, with an excellent acidity level, notes of ripe white fruit, honey and citrus.

The wine will be a perfect match to different fruit and berry salads, bruschetta, and fruit sorbets. It will serve an ideal aperitif for Russian cuisine and is an excellent pair for various canapes based on rye bread.

To be served chilled down to 5-7 ºС.
