This light-straw-coloured wine with a golden hue is crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in the historical region of Phanagoria, Taman peninsula, using the méthode classique, i.e. secondary fermentation and subsequent aging in the bottle. Aging on lees - at least 16 months.
The well-developed maturation bouquet contains notes of white fruit and meadow flowers. Taste – fresh and harmonious, with a prolonged soft finish. The wine is a good match to appetizers, cheeses and main dishes. It may also accompany desserts, fruit, sweets and ice cream.
To be served chilled down to 6–8° C.
