Fanagoria, 10 years

Russian Brandy
Volumes: 100 ml, 500 ml
Alcohol 40%

Manufacturing peculiarity. Russian brandy Fanagoria is crafted by the classic technology from ten-year-old distillates matured in Fanagoria-made Caucasian oak barrels. The spirits were distilled in-house, in copper alembics. The brandy is distilled from Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes of the 2005 and 2006 vintages. The grafted scions were imported from a French nursery at the end of the 1990s, but later they perished in the freezing cold, which is why it really is a unique blend.

Sensory characteristics. Colour – golden-amber. Flavour – bright, with notes of dried fruit and vanilla. Taste – ‘manly’ and harmonious, with a prolonged walnut and chocolate finish. The brandy has a dark amber colour, peculiar for old brandies, and a rich complex flowery and honey flavour with notes of dried fruit (figs, dried apricots and prunes), vanilla, coffee, chocolate and walnut. It feels full, soft and extractive on the palate, with a prolonged walnut and tarry aftertaste.

Serving advice: a tulip-shaped glass.

We guarantee precise adherence to all traditional brandy production technologies, and scrupulous quality control of the grapes, distillates and the entire process of brandy maturation.
