Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Petit Verdot grapes, grown at Fanagoria vineyard facility located in the Taman peninsula. A half of the batch matured for 12 months in French-oak barrels, while the other half matured in stainless steel tanks.
Sensory characteristics. Colour: ruby, with terracotta hues. Flavour opens up notes of black fruits, smoked sour cherry, wild violet, and spices. Taste: moderately extractive, with a pleasant freshness and prolonged sour-cherry aftertaste.
To be served at 14-16 ºС.
