Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown at Fanagoria vineyard facility and exposed to ‘green harvest’ technology. Hand harvesting. The main peculiarity of the production technology provides for the minimum possible contact between the juice and the skins. To avoid colouring of the juice, only the first free-run fraction was taken. Fermentation was performed by white method at the controlled temperature of 14–16° C.
Sensory characteristics. Colour: bright golden. Flavour opens up exquisite notes of wild berries and white fruits. Taste: fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasant fruity-citric finish.
