A méthode classique wine crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes and aged for two years.

A straw- to golden-coloured wine with a light shine and lengthy fine-dispersed foaming in the glass. Bouquet – notes of sunflower, quince, pear, plum and green apple. Taste – fresh and well-balanced, with a prolonged creamy finish.

To be served at 8-10 °C.

Colour: light golden, with a greenish hue. Pleasant foaming of minute bubbles. A steady flavour of green apple, elderberry, lemon, minerality and tropical fruits. A light wine with fresh acidity and slight bitterness on the palate. Ready for consumption.
