Peculiarities of vinification. This naturally sweet red wine is a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and Saperavi grapes.
Sensory characteristics. Colour: deep-red. The peculiar Kagor-type flavour with notes of sour cherries and sloes are nicely combined with creamy and chocolate nuances on the palate.
Food pairing: to be served as a digestive to chocolate and berry desserts, berry ice cream, and sweet pastry.
