Alcohol 11-13%

Peculiarities of vinification. It is crafted from Pinot Noir grape cultivated in "Sennoi" area in Taman Peninsula. It is produced using classical technology - secondary fermentation in the bottle. Maturation on lees for at least 9 months. 

Sensory characteristics. Color: lychee pulp. Bouquet opens up with delicate berry notes. Taste: fresh, rounded with with long-lasting creamy aftertaste.

Food pairing: bruschetta with lightly salted red fish, vegetable salad, cheese.

To be served at 6-8 °C.
