Manufacturing peculiarity. All manufacturing operations have been performed by Fanagoria Estate Winery: special ‘brandy’ grapevines were cultivated in the corporate vineyards in the Taman peninsula; distillation was performed in the inhouse copper alembic. The brandy is crafted from seven-year-old distillates matured in Fanagoria-made Caucasian oak barrels.
Sensory characteristics. Colour – amber with golden hue. Bouquet – flowery notes and tones of vanilla, dried fruit and chocolate. Taste – full and clear with oak, dried apricots, fig, prune framed with shades of vanilla and pine nut. Spicy chocolate long aftertaste.
