Ripe, opulent pineapple and tropical fruit, augmented by spice and oaky butterscotch characters.
Peculiarities of vinification. This wine is crafted from the classical grape variety, Chardonnay, cultivated at Fanagoria’s best vineyards. The facility applies most state-of-the-art technologies to grow the grapevine, and the grapes are harvested manually when they reach the optimum level of ripeness. Upon scrupulous sorting and destalking, the grapes are fermented at controlled temperature. The ready wine is matured in oak barrels for at least a year, with subsequent bottle maturation for at least 6 months.
