Results of Independent Blind Tasting ‘Wine from Russia’

According to the results of the blind tasting “Wine from Russia” held at the end of 2015 in Moscow, Fanagoria wines got the following points:

Altogether, there were 140 wine samples presented for the tasting, including 112 still wines (including 16 liqueur and fortified ones) and 28 sparkling wines, all crafted from Russian-grown grapes only.

The wines graded 80 to 84 are described as “quality wines for everyday consumption,” while those getting 85 to 89 points are referred to as “very good wines, with special consumer characteristics,” more complex and with several dominants in the flavour and on the palate.
