Vinification aspects. The wine was crafted from two grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Saperavi, grown at the corporate property in the Taman peninsula. The blending of the classical European Cabernet Sauvignon and the indigenous Caucasian Saperavi gave an all-purpose food-friendly wine of dark-red colour.
Organoleptic properties. Flavour: bright, mouth-watering, compound, with notes of wild violet, pomegranate, sloe, prune, chokeberry and spices. Palate: juicy, berrylike, with peppery notes and a long fruity-berrylike aftertaste. The wine simply needs meat to go with! Use our recipe (the QR code on the label) or use your own one.
