This light-pink sparkling wine is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the winemaking appellation of Phanagoria, Taman peninsula, by the méthode classique, i.e. secondary fermentation in bottle with subsequent maturation for at least 9 months.
The wine’s well-developed maturation bouquet combines sparkling notes with shades of wild red berries. Taste – soft and full, with a long creamy finish. The wine is a good match with appetizers, cheeses and main dishes. It also may accompany desserts, fruit, sweets, and ice cream.
To be served chilled down to 6-8 ºС.
