A méthode classique wine crafted from Pinot Noir grapes has been aged for three years.
The wine has a colour of ripe apricots and is distinguished by intense fine-dispersed foaming. The bouquet harmoniously combines notes of raspberry, white currants, freshly-sliced red apple and flowering willow. Taste – fresh, well-structured, with a prolonged buttery-berrylike finish.
To be served at 8-10 °C.
