The wine is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, cultivated at Fanagoria’s best vineyards located in the Taman peninsula. Technological peculiarities: hand picking, soft processing, fermentation at low temperatures. The wine was matured for 18 months in stainless steel tanks.
Colour: light-straw. Bouquet: fresh greens, herbs, white flowers, green apple, gooseberries, tropical fruit, light minerality. Taste: refreshing, invigorative, and at the same time well-balanced and harmonious.
Wine and food pairs: seafoods, vegetable salads, chicken dishes, river fish.
To be served at 12-13 °С.
