The wine is crafted from Rhine Riesling grapes, cultivated at Fanagoria’s best vineyards located in the Taman peninsula. Technological peculiarities: hand picking, soft processing, fermentation at low temperatures. The wine was matured for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
The complex flavour of this noble wine of light-straw colour has bright petrolic and mineral notes with some shades of pink grapefruit, lemon peel and meadow grasses. Its fresh taste with lively acidity and a long mineral aftertaste opens up great opportunities for pairings with food.
