The wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, cultivated at Fanagoria’s best vineyards located in the Taman peninsula. Technological peculiarities: hand picking, soft processing, fermentation at low temperatures. The wine was matured for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Colour: dark red. The wine has a complex and well-structured flavor, with notes of vanilla, blackcurrant, plum and cherry jam, soft tannins, and shades of spices, chocolate, smoked black berries and morocco. Aftertaste – berry- and pepper-like, prolonged.
Wine and food pairs: veal, mutton, lamb and game dishes.
To be served at 16-18 °С.
