The wine was crafted by Charmat method with an additional maturation on yeast lees from Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated in the GI Kuban. Taman Peninsula. The fermentation was performed with the skins removed, so that the black grapes yielded a white wine.
Colour – platinum. Flavour – fresh and flowery, with notes of ripe fruit. Taste – reserved and strict, with excellent acidity, and citric, creamy and nutty notes, and a prolonged citric aftertaste.
To be served chilled down to 5-7 °С. Best matches: seafoods, oysters.
