The wine was crafted by Charmat method with an additional maturation on yeast lees from Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the GI Kuban. Taman Peninsula.
Colour – golden. Flavour – fruity, with notes of pears, apples and peaches. Taste – soft and fresh, with nuances of ripe berries and buns, framed with spicy and honeylike notes.
Gourmet combinations: fruit, cheeses, berry salads, seafood.
To be served at 5-7 °С.
Recommended serving – in a ‘flute’ glass.
