The wine is crafted from the international Chardonnay grapes, cultivated at Fanagoria’s best vineyard block located in the Taman peninsula, with the use of most advanced agricultural technologies. Manually harvested grapes are meticulously sorted, de-stalked and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine is matured for 12 months in oak barrels, followed with at least 6 months of bottle maturation.
Colour – straw. Bouquet – tones of mellow fruits, citruses and flowers with noble creamy nuances. Taste – rounded, full-bodied, harmonious, with pleasant acidity, mineral, fruity-citric and light woody nuances. Aftertaste – prolonged creamy and fruity, with plays of flowery and citric notes.
